Summertime can be super fun with tons of plans, but also hectic! My spread is inspired by taking little moments to really savour summer. This applies to relaxing on the beach, and also having little treats like the perfect ice cream on a hot day or ripe seasonal fruit. I used magazine cut outs, washi tape, and ink pens.
Apologies for the technical difficulties and late post!

Wow. I just realized that my hand was the star of the photo. And dang.... my hand looks like my mother's hand. Isn't it crazy how as we age we see our mother in our body and our words? The two who need to rate me are Suze and Kirsten. Thanks!

Here is my layout for this month. I am always working in so many journals doing different themes. These photos are from my journal that focus on 'like colors'.

Hi everyone, sorry very last minute. I had this done but forgot to post!

My partners for this round are Soyprincesa2 and SimplySuze

Hi everyone. Sorry for the last minute! I got roped into helping with a garage sale this weekend :) but I had all my pieces ready, just needed to glue them down. My partners are lob and kpcreations. I'm SimplySuze.
The theme took me by surprise ! I started off in one direction, and got called in another. From top right, then bottom right: my dad in a small motorboat, fishing. me swinging in our orchard as a little girl. The two on the left are images about his death: the bottom is an idea of his body being lowered down into the Earth. The top one is my feeling that his soul flew up an away into freedom. The…
